Purchase one film pack of SX-70 film or Polaroid 600 film and once that pack is finished, remove the battery card and use the PolaRevive to power additional, less expensive, i-Type film packs. The PolaRevive pays for itself over time.

Key Usage Guidelines

Avoid having a battery card in the PolaRevive at the same time as an SX-70 film pack or a Polaroid 600 film pack. The SX-70 and 600 film packs already have a battery card inside.

To use Polaroid 600 film in an SX-70 camera, one has to have the appropriate modification such as using a Neutral Density Filter or use a camera that has been modified to shoot 600 film.

A rare 1mm square screwdriver is required to remove the original screws from an SX-70 in order to be able to install the PolaRevive. They are not sold in hardware or hobby stores so please purchase one with your PolaRevive unless you are certain you have a 1mm square screwdriver.

The tripod mount is not accessible because the PolaRevive adapter covers the mount.
